Its streamlined form pays tribute to the original “Laguiole droit” style, with a modern twist replacing the classic bee emblem by a refined diamond-shaped fly on the spring. Featuring a clever lift mechanism, the blade rotates effortlessly, blending sophisticated design with functional ease. Measuring 12 cm and crafted from matte stainless steel, it is available in several exquisite finishes: Ebony (SBE), Olivewood (SBO), Aubrac Beech wood (SBW), and Teak Burl (SBT).
