This new sommelier design has been developed in collaboration with AndrΓ© and Michel Bras and tested in their restaurant Le Suquet in Laguiole.
The Bras Sommelier is characterized by its modern and fine design: its elegant shape echoes the original lines of the Laguiole knife with the 'Laguiole droit'. The iconic bee has been replaced by a diamond-stylized fly placed at the center of the spring. By lifting it, the sommelier blade rotates smoothly β a refined tool that marries heritage craftsmanship with contemporary elegance. Handcrafted in Aubrac beech wood with a satin finish, this is both a functional corkscrew and a collector's piece worthy of any sommelier's collection.
